Apex Roof System
The Compton Apex roof system has purpose designed 12.5 degree pitch roof with B5 fibre cement roofsheets, supplied in natural grey, with 6 different colour options to choose from – Spanish Red, Blue, Olive Green, Black, Brown and Terracotta.
The apex ridge is closed with corrugated fibre-cement cappings and eaves are sealed with profiled foam fillers to prevent wind, rain and debris. There is an internal galvanized stell gutter tray secured below the roof sheets which provides a rainwater seal.
Hook bolts, nails, top lats and mastic sealants are not required in this design. Lending itself to a well-designed and engineered roof system.
Pent Roof System
Our Pent garage roof systems use the very latest technology. They are built using full length 3″ profile corrugated roof sheets made from galvanised steel with a Plastisol coating. The Plastisol coating gives the steel sheets a hard-wearing, low maintenance finish that will provide you with a long-lasting and low maintenance solution for years to come. In addition our roofing sheets come with a felt underlay to help reduce condensation and provide an attractive internal finish. We also fit Plastisol coated steel facias to match.
We are able to fit pent roof systems to most lengths and widths of garages so size is no obstacle.
