Paul McLean of Garage Roof Scotland has been a local agent for LidgetCompton, market leaders in quality concrete garages, for over 17 years. He will arrange a visit to your home to discuss your garage requirements. He is a garage expert and will help you decide which garage from LidgetCompton’s extensive range, is right for your particular needs as well as being suitable for the available space. Once you have selected your new garage he will get you a price for it. If you are happy with the price and decide to go ahead, he will then arrange an appropriate date for the garage to be delivered.
Old Garage Removal (including asbestos roof)
Before LidgetCompton delivers your new garage, Garage Roof Scotland will be responsible for dismantling and taking away your old garage (if you have one). We are a SEPA registered company so even if it has an asbestos garage roof, this is no problem for us as we are licensed to remove and dispose of asbestos safely.
Concrete Garage Foundations
Your new garage will need the correct foundations, so after we have removed your old garage we will prepare the ground-works and lay new concrete foundations to match LidgetCompton’s specifications.
New Garage Construction
On average, the time from initially placing an order, to completion of the garage build, is approximately 2-3 months.
Already Have Foundations?
If you have laid your own foundations, Paul will still need to arrange to meet you to check the foundations are suitable and to ensure that there are no issues with access. In this case you could possibly take delivery of your new garage the following week.
